How your data is handled
- Your file goes to AssemblyAI, which transcribes it with AI. As soon as your notes are ready we delete the recording and transcript from AssemblyAI. If you leave early, we delete them within about an hour.
- The transcript text goes to Google's Gemini API, which writes the AI notes.
- Transcripts and notes are saved only in this browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and we can't recover them.
- Our server keeps a count of minutes transcribed each day, a temporary job id so it can finish that count and the deletion, and a one-way hash of your IP address for up to two days to limit uploads per hour. No cookies, no analytics, no ads.
- Speakers labeledEach turn is marked by speaker, with timestamps. Rename speakers once and the notes follow.
- AI notes you can act onSummary, key points, decisions, action items with owners when stated, and open questions.
